I had Bubby's come to my home to install a backflow valve, replace an old sump pump, install a new battery backup sump pump and install a sump overflow.From the start, it was a seamless and simple process. Jennifer in the office was easy to talk with and get answers about scheduling, applying for permits, etc.The work was scheduled a month in advance, but the install date was 3 days after a 1 in 100 year storm, and while I'm sure they could have postponed my install for a more lucrative emergency call, they came right on time to begin work.The day of the install went great, and the team that came out kept me informed along the way with what they were doing, asking my preference if there was an option to have a pipe run one way or another, and being extremely friendly and courteous.In the end, they did a great job, were done on time and the building inspector approved their work with flying colours.Next time I need some plumbing done, I won't hire anyone other than Bubby's.
