I had a plumbing emergency Friday night, Bubby’s was recommended to me so I gave them a call. After requesting more information about my situation I was able to speak to Dan (plumber). Dan was fantastic, he clearly and calmly explained my situation and what actions we could take to solve the problem. I had Dan and Shane come to perform the repairs which they did quietly, calmly, respectfully, and quickly. Upon leaving there wasn't even any talk about payment, just honest plumbers doing their job, with an email to follow for billing.Most places will be price competitive, but high quality customer service is rare. Bubby’s service was top notch and that’s a downright premium experience these days.
