We’ve had several service calls from Bubby’s (unfortunately) and we always experience outstanding service from the entire team. From the initial phone call to the truck rolling away, everyone is always so pleasant.Today specifically, it was an urgent call right before a weekend and Jennifer went out of her way to ensure we would have a technician on site before close of day and I thought that was outstanding customer service. Then Matt shows up with a smile on his face, ready to tackle our issue. He was kind and patient with me as I tried to work from home and answer his questions at the same time. The whole interaction from start to finish was great! We have experienced nothing less!Refreshing to see such stellar customer service in today’s retail climate!
