Shane and his assistant Brit were very nice and knowledgeable , protected the surrounding area from drain sludge with drop cloths & heavy blanket so it did not damage furniture & floors …even advised us on a few other tricks to help us with our reoccurring yearly problem …. Great price too …. We will be calling them back for sure & telling our neighbours to use them !
