Called Bubby’s yesterday about getting a new toilet installed and an old one carted away. I was able to get an appointment the next day which was great. They sent out Matt this afternoon, who was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job installing and setting up my new unit, and carted away our old toilet (along with the box and all the cardboard from my new toilet). He discussed every step to make sure I knew what was happening and I was happy with the setup and outcome. Would definitely use again. Thanks Matt!
