I had a major drain clog that turned out to be tree roots. Alex and Mat were great. Turns out it was the coldest day of the year. They had quite the mess to deal with and a frozen ground outside to find the clean out. Within the first hour after working tirelessly inside and out they were unable to clear the problem. They did call for help and were trying to get talked through. Nothing was working. These guys were trying everything. I was trying to call the office to see if I could get someone to come out to help but their phones were not working. Finally after 3 hours someone did come out to help. The drain was cleared within 30 minutes. I was charged for 2 hours however it could have been resolved within the first hour if someone would have come and helped after the first call. Mat and Alex definitely deserve 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that I was charged for 2 hours when it could have been resolved in an hour
