We have used Bubby's Plumbing a couple of times in the last month. Their response to our original call out in the evening one day was very professional and the response time was phenomenal. The technician found out the problem and said he would present a quote to us the next day. We hired them to fix the problem and the waste pump was replaced as promised. The second issue we had was in one of our toilets where the float broke off inside the tank. They were able to send someone to replace it in a few days, since it wasn't an emergency. The plumber, Brandon replaced the unit with new parts and before he started, my wife asked him if he would be able to check out our 2 other toilets. He did and he said if we wanted all 3 done at the same time, he would be able to do it. So we had him replace all three at the same time. We find the personnel at Bubby's to be very friendly, professional and perform a fantastic job and clean up after the work has been completed. I would use them in the future and recommend them to anyone else.
