We've used Bubby's three times now. Unfortunately for us we've had pipes spring a leak after hours. Fortunately for us, we called Bubby's Plumbing. In all cases they were prompt, arriving in under an hour (we live in Lakeshore) and also resolved the problem in under an hour. During those three visits, we worked with five employees and all of them were competent and courteous. We have Bubby's number tacked to our fridge and although I hope we don't need them, it's reassuring to know that if we do have a problem Bubby's is there.
