• Faucets indoor: check for any leaks.
• Check pipes for leaks and insulate: both outside and inside the house including basement as well as garage.
• Check and Adjust Your Water Heater-it might be a good idea to drain it to prevent sediment build up and rust.
• Sub pump-makes sure it’s clean and in good working order-no dampness or foul odour.
• Clean your gutters.
• Plumbing fixtures: sinks/toilets/showerheads- no leaks.
